Project Goal & Methodology
Goal: To spearhead the development and implementation of an annual health checkup program aimed at enhancing employee health engagement and satisfaction.
Associated with Practo, this initiative involved a comprehensive approach, starting with the design of robust workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). I managed cross-functional collaboration between technology, operations, HR, and communications to ensure seamless execution. The process included detailed stakeholder alignment meetings, the creation of a project roadmap, and the implementation of pilot programs to gather user feedback and refine the process for scalability.
